Why Mentoring?

As one who has served the church in para ministry contexts, I appreciate the challenges of transitioning from learner—which we ought to always be, to practitioner—which we are while we learn. I would have greatly benefited from a level of continuous nurture and support from NTS once I graduated, and desire to do that with current students on various stages of their formation.
