Why Mentoring?

I have a passion for mentoring young women who might feel quite alone in ministry. I have been there for a few years and would have really liked having someone who has gone ahead of me in a predominantly male ministry leadership world. I am not affiliated with the Nazarene denomination or tradition, however.
