Large house (over 2300 square feet on main level and upstairs, basement partially finished) in quiet neighborhood -- lots of space for family AND a quiet place to study!

Looking for caretaker/renter. Rent is $800 a month ($650 if able to mow and trim lawn) – we are negotiable. Owners are both pastors hoping to retire in 3-4 years in KC area. We are now serving a church in Central New York. When we were in seminary we both had the privilege of taking care of properties for owners who were absent in exchange of reduced rent (and lower student debt!). We hope to find someone who will benefit from this now in his/her seminary education.
