NTS Alumni,
Last month your Alumni Association Council unanimously voted to add another position to the council. This necessitates a change to our Constitution. The proposed constitutional change was unanimously approved by the NTS Board of Trustees at their Oct. meeting and in order to be ratified, it has to be brought to the alumni for a vote as well.

ARTICLE V (OFFICERS, EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, aka ALUMNI COUNCIL)
SECTION 1.
The officers of the Association shall be a President, a Vice President, and one Member-at-Large from each USA/Canada educational region, and ex-officio upon graduation, the outgoing SLT President (who shall serve for a 2 year term), all of whom shall hold earned degrees from NTS. These officers, along with the Seminary President and the Director of Alumni Relations, shall constitute the Executive Committee of the Alumni Association.
SECTION 2.
The election of the officers of the Association shall take place quadrennially on the year of the General Assembly. The officers (with the exception of the SLT ex-officio member(s), shall serve for the ensuing quadrennium or until their successors are elected and qualified.
