About NTS Press
NTS Press was founded in 2023 to serve the mission of Nazarene Theological Seminary (Kansas City, Mo.) and to provide a publishing outlet for needed and important voices, including faculty, researchers, subject matter experts, pastors, former students, and others.
More importantly, NTS Press seeks to resource the Church of the Nazarene, especially its clergy, theological educators, and church leaders, with materials that are relevant and faithful to the Wesleyan-holiness tradition.
Additionally, our intent is to publish works that stimulate theological conversations and promote understanding on matters of theology, biblical studies, church history, and practical ministry. Our vision is to educate, inspire, and resource pastors and laity in the Church of the Nazarene through our books.
About Our Latest Book Project
NTS Press is pleased to work with longtime African-American Nazarene leader Rev. Dr. Roger E. Bowman on a history/memoir on Black Nazarenes in America, which will be published sometime in 2025. As we get closer to publication, more information will become available on this project.
