Updated 11/11/2021

NTS will follow CDC and Kansas City, Missouri guidelines. Currently, masks are not required to be worn in public spaces but are recommended for indoor public spaces of substantial or high transmission.

Campus and Operations:
For the safety of faculty, staff, and students, the campus remains closed to the general public. The campus will be available immediately to students, patrons, and visitors when hosted by a seminary staff member or faculty. The entry doors to the breezeway between the library and the Café will now be open for deliveries, vendors and authorized guests. It will be open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 – 4:30 pm.

For a list of staff and contact information, visit nts.edu/staff. If you are not sure who to speak with, please call 816.268.5400 or email [email protected].

The Broadhurst Library will be open to faculty, staff and students. The general public may use the library by appointment.

The King Conference Center remains open with masks optional in public spaces. The maintaining of social distancing is encouraged.

Courses: Classes will meet in person and online as scheduled, unless otherwise posted.

On-Campus Events:
Given the rapidly changing landscape of pandemic requirements, NTS is planning to hold all events as scheduled, while honoring CDC and city requirements to the best of our ability. We will formally announce any changes in this policy 30 days prior to an on-campus event unless a special emergency situation requires otherwise. Questions? Contact [email protected]

Student Assistance:
Two initiatives have been launched to assist students affected financially by the pandemic: Covid Relief and Covid Relief (Technology).

NTS will continue to monitor guidelines set forth by state and local leaders and adjust accordingly. Future updates to our campus operations will be posted on our website at www.nts.edu/coronavirus. If you feel you have been exposed to COVID-19, please consult your physician for further guidance. Learn more.
