Why Mentoring?

I think I have something to offer up and coming pastors. I have also worked with our Board of Ministry, working with pastoral candidates. I myself learned a lot from others mentoring me.

Impactful Books

The Tangible Kingdom by Hugh Halter, Matt smay - When I first read it, it helped me articulate what Kingdom ministry looked like.
Crucial Conversations - A good tool to help have difficult but neccesary conversations with people.
Dennis Bickers has written a couple of good books on bivocational ministry.
