Why Mentoring?

Mentoring is a meaningful and significant relationship for both the mentor and the mentee. Prior to retirement, as a member of the District BOM, I had the privilege of being a mentor for several young pastors in the ordination track on our district. I relocated to another district when I retired 3 years ago from Pastoral Ministry and I would once again like to offer my experience and education as a resource for young pastors. My D.Min. is from NTS. Thank you for this opportunity.
