Why Mentoring?

Because mentoring enriches both the mentor and mentee. I look forward to learning with someone as they go through the journey of ministry. It is a privilege to encourage another, and I know it would have been helpful to me to have someone to bounce ideas off of and with, and generally navigate the work of ministry without having to be alone.

From Grace to Grace/Quanstrom - the book that helped me answer the 'are you entirely sanctified question' on my first district license application
