Why Mentoring?

I want to invest in the next generation of leaders. Others did it for me, and I'd like to follow their example. These are very challenging times to enter into ministry and we all need mentors and colleagues to encourage and guide us.

Impactful Books

The Ministry of Shepherding by Eugene Stow: His approach to pastoral ministry has been an example to me from the very beginning of my ministry. Learning to love and lead is critical.

Love, Acceptance and Forgiveness by Jerry Cook: Again, another great book on creating an inviting church where the broken can find a place of belonging.

Leadership by Rudi Giuliani: I know this is a bit unusual, but his approach to leadership is extremely effective and I have attempted to implement his principles in my own leadership context
