Why Mentoring?

I enjoy helping people work through their relationship with God and providing perspective and tools for the journey. I would like to encourage young ministers to consider their relationships with local congregations in terms of familial ties and make a case for long term commitment and loyalty. I also would like to help equip ministers and provide perspective for ministry in rural settings.
