Why Mentoring?

When I was in seminary, I needed more people to be honest with me about BOTH sides of the equation. Well-intentioned people warned about the bad days - and those were and are true - but few people shared very much about the deep joy of the good days in ministry. I hope to be a positive influence for ministers-in-training to have a well-balanced view of the peaks and valleys in ministry.
