Assistant Registrar (Part-Time)
Nazarene Theological Seminary is seeking a part-time Assistant Registrar to join the Academic Dean’s Office. This Assistant Registrar will focus on student progress and record-keeping, supporting students through their academic programs. The Assistant Registrar interacts directly with students and alumni and should be able to demonstrate a positive, professional, customer-service presence in all communication. In addition to people skills and an attention to detail, functionality with Excel, Outlook, and Word are essential; training will be provided for other systems as necessary. This part-time work (20 hrs/week) can be done either on NTS’s Kansas City campus, or remotely. Candidates should have an earned bachelor’s degree; applicants with experience in higher education administration or theological education may be preferred.
