NTS will offer the NEW Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership (MATL) beginning Fall 2019. The adoption of this new program was adopted by the NTS Board of Trustees in its October 2018 meeting.
The MATL will be a fully accredited, customizable master’s degree designed to equip students to be an intentionally Christian leader in their chosen vocation. “This 36 hour degree is truly unique in its design, providing ministerial and theological resources for a wide range of current and future leaders engaged in transformative work,” notes Dr. Josh Sweeden, Dean of the Faculty.
