The Connecting Point Church of the Nazarene in Denair, CA is seeking to hire a full time Youth Pastor to help us fulfill our mission to love all people into a passionate relationship with Christ! We are an established church, with a positive reputation for serving and caring for those within our community.
I have been the lead pastor here since April of 2022 and have been leading our church board through a strategic envisioning process. We have recently crafted a fresh mission statement, core values and ministry model for our church. At present we are moving from the development phase of our strategic plan to the implementation phase. Our church is experiencing momentum and is enjoying a spirit of unity as we seek God’s direction for the future.
We have been praying that God would help us add to our pastoral staff an individual who has a dynamic relationship with Christ, deep character, will match the chemistry of our church leadership and fits well within the culture of our church.
