- Create a Biblical and engaging worship experience for regular weekly services, special events, and outreach opportunities; Oversee and coordinate all worship team members, including singers, musicians, and media team; Coordinate rehearsals and other gatherings for worship and discipleship; Create space for the presence of God as a priority; desire the moving of the Holy Spirit during services; Recruit, train, and mentor team members, both in their music and leading abilities and spiritual health; Create click and loop tracks for team to play with; Design worship set and visual media to aid in all worship services; Other duties as assignedEmployer
