Urban Plunge Facilitators have the incredible opportunity to lead students in life-changing service experiences, helping them grow in faith and develop a heart for ministry. This role allows facilitators to inspire the next generation while guiding impactful trips that leave a lasting impact. As independent contractors, they work alongside CFCI to create meaningful, transformative experiences, all while being compensated per trip.Additional Information/Comments:
