Job Requirements:

Members of PC Support Services are primarily responsible for facilitating the Global Ministry Center through assistance and consultation to technology users. Incumbents may perform help desk functions and training, provide direct user support and guidance, and assist with technology planning. Incumbents at this level typically provide advanced technical support and may coordinate the activities of assigned staff. Incumbents are responsible for achievement and completion of projects that may have a significant impact on the organization or department. This role will directly support senior management.
