What you bring The following describes many of the characteristics of the ideal candidate for the Community Wesleyan Church: Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Education, Religious Studies, Social Work, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience. Experience in children and youth ministry, with a proven track record of developing successful programs. (2+ years of experience desired). Personal Characteristics and Qualifications Vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ A heart for youth and children. Meet the biblical standards for leadership in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, demonstrating spiritual maturity and integrity. Strong ability to communicate, preach, and teach. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to lead people, create/manage systems, and orchestrate ministry operations. Passion for family ministry and discipleship, with a heart for equipping parents and developing next-generation leaders. Theologically aligned with the CWC, Wesleyan Arminian soteriology, and egalitarianism. Relational, humble, and team-oriented with a proven ability to build trust and unity among staff and volunteers.
