Bott Radio Network is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Overland Park, Kansas headquarters. This person will work in a team environment consisting of a Marketing Manager, Graphics Manager, Webmaster, and Communications Specialist. The individual chosen for this role will be able to display a history of superlative organizational skills, relevant experience and marketing knowledge. This person will establish strong relationships with station managers and outside vendors, coordinate marketing projects and support marketing initiatives such as print collateral and ad specialty item fulfillment, email strategies, social media initiatives, presentation preparation and copy writing.
The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks with various levels of priority and urgency. The qualified candidate will have the flexibility to work collaboratively and independently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail and proofing skills are a must. This self-motivated, sharp and energetic individual will have excellent relationship development skills and the ability to take ownership of projects while remaining mindful of management’s direction.
In addition to a 4-year degree in marketing or a related field, a minimum of 1-2 years experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred. Excellent benefits are offered.
