The following timelines apply to Masters-level students only. Doctoral applicants should refer to the D.Min.page.

Priority Admission Deadline |
All students who want to be considered for scholarships must apply for Priority Admission. |
| April 1 |
Financial Aid Award Letters Sent |
Scholarship award notification is sent to all Priority applicants. |
| June 1 |
Deadline to Accept Scholarships |
If you have been offered a scholarship, please return your signed financial aid award letter, indicating you are accepting or declining offer of scholarship. |
| June 15 |
Regular Admission Deadline |
For all students who would like to apply for regular admission. Does not include consideration for academic scholarships. |
| July 1 |
Confirmation Deadline |
Students who wish to enroll at Nazarene Theological Seminary for the Fall semester must submit a confirmation form and deposit. |
| July 13 |
Registration Deadline |
Students should be registered for classes by this date. |
| August 18 |
New Student Orientation |
New Student Orientation is held for all incoming students. |
Spring Semester
| October 1 |
