Job description: The General Office Clerk performs routine office support and administrative functions.
- Job requirements: Enters, edits, and retrieves confidential donor data at the request of Nazarene Foundation personnel. Helps create a paper free environment by scanning and maintaining electronic donor files, financial documents, and incoming mail.
- Assists in the printing, processing, and mailing of donor receipts and monthly statements. Compiles packets of materials for donors, mailings, and meetings. Provides donor documentation required during yearly audits.
- Answers and routes telephone calls to the correct representative or department. Uses excellent telephone manners when speaking to callers. Acts as office receptionist by greeting and directing visitors.
- Assists the Executive Vice President as needed. This may include assisting with travel arrangements, completing expense reports, editing letters and articles, gathering documents for presentations, and maintaining their schedule.
- Supports office staff by collecting in and out-going mail. Will order office supplies as needed, maintaining office supplies and organization of the storage room. Operates standard office equipment, including a high volume scanner. Assists the Office Manager with the coordination of various yearly meetings.
- Completes other duties assigned at request of Office Manager and Executive Vice President.

- Experience with databases, Raiser’s Edge a plus
Education and Experience
- Associates or bachelor degrees.
- Previous clerical experience required.
