Job description: Assist Pastor with his calendar, set up appointments, emails and letters on his behalf. Coordinate travel plans, new initiatives/ministries. Attend meetings and keep notes. Administrate Sundays and various Church and Group events. Responsible for production of all media, this includes bulletins, sermon mailers,newsletter, and website. Oversight of office and office equipment, this consists of any administrative aspects of the site.
Job requirements: Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills along with being a team player. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Publisher. Social Media and Website input.
