This person will work closely with Pastor Dennis to help CrossPoint provide opportunities for people to connect and enter into the process of Spiritual formation

ESSENTIAL SKILLS SET

*Teaching ability

*Social skills (must be a people person)

*Good facilitator

*Able to train others

THREE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

1. Newcomer Follow up
2. Teach periodic classes/ Provide Christian education for faith community
3. Generate opportunities for fellowship/connecting people

This is a 20 hour a week position

This a paid staff position
