FIELD TECHNICIAN POSITION

10 A.M. TO 6 P.M.

WORK LOCATIONS:  1601 OLIVE, KANSAS CITY, MO

      8221 W 119^th ST., OVERLAND PARK, KS

Requirements:

• Valid Kansas or Missouri, regular (Class D) driver’s license
• Good driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in past 3 years)
• High school diploma or GED
• Must successfully complete company training and become certified in defensive driving, ladder safety, customer service and installation training

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working outside
• Have technical aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Able to climb and lift 70 lb ladder
• 275 body weight limit per safety guidelines

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by educating customers on use and care of new products and/or services
• Responsibility for potential follow-up services or problem escalation
• Install drops, outlets, converters and other subscriber devices in the customer’s home
• Sell additional services and/or products to subscribers
• Maintain company vehicle in a clean, organized and well stocked manner with necessary materials and proper tools.
