Chapel services play a major role in a student's spiritual formation in community. Chapel services typically occur on three mornings a week in the J.B. Chapman Memorial Chapel. Themes from the book of Philippians will be our focus for the 2010-2011 Academic Year ‘Spiritual Formation Hour’ (M, T, Th 10:30-11:15am). We hope to live together as a community into these themes, as we seek to model our lives after the kenotic-love & compassion of God in Jesus. Dr. Benefiel will bring a message series on Philippians during fall and spring chapels. Many forums and chapels will follow this theme as well.

Special Chapel Series

Each year the Chapel schedule features special chapel series. They include Spiritual Dedication Week and Spiritual Deepening Week, which occur in the first and second semesters, respectively; and the Preacher of the Year Week, which normally occurs in the second semester.
