On Friday, May 8, 2009, this year's graduates were hosted by and inducted into the NTS Alumni Association at a complimentary lunch in the graduates' honor. After lunch, the graduates were led to the third floor hallway in which NTS class pictures dating from 1948 are displayed. The alumni council led graduates, faculty, and staff present in a liturgy (PDF). The liturgy included praying for past NTS graduates, walking downstairs, singing Be Thou My Vision, then hanging the 2009 class picture next to NTS' first class picture from 1947 (by the Dean's Office). To close, all those present sang The Doxology.
